Warranty

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:

Your Hamlin timepiece has been manufactured to precise specifications. It is guaranteed to be free from any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. This warranty applies to the module and movement only, and does not cover the case, crown, buttons, crystal, lens,  band, bracelet, or batteries. 

We will not be responsible for any consequential damages arising from ownership or use of this watch. Should a watch module or movement become inoperative due to defective materials or workmanship, it should be returned to the HAMLIN WATCH CENTER. Please enclose $12.50 to cover return postage (U.S.), insurance and handling.

* The limited warranty is void if the defect is determined to be caused by tampering with or abuse of the module or movement.

* Please note that this limited warranty is granted by HAMLIN WATCH REPAIR CENTER, and any problems with regard to same should be directed to HAMLIN WATCH REPAIR CENTER.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. So the above limitation and exclusions may not apply to you and any recovery may not be greater than the purchase price paid for it.
